1. Eligibility

By visiting the Site, downloading or using the Havenly Royal Paws mobile application, and/or accepting these Terms of Use, You represent and warrant to PuppySpot that You are 18 years of age or older, and that You have the right, authority and capacity to agree to and abide by these Terms of Use.

2. Use of Content on the Site

Havenly Royal Paws authorizes You to view and access a single copy of the content available on or from the Site solely for your personal use. The contents of the Site (including the Havenly Royal Paws Mobile Application), such as text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software and other content (collectively, “Havenly Royal Paws Content”), are protected under both United States and foreign copyright, trademark and other laws. All Havenly Royal Paws Content is the property of Havenly Royal Paws or its content suppliers or clients. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on the Havenly Royal Paws Sites are the exclusive property of Havenly Royal Paws and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of the Havenly Royal Paws Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. You must retain all copyright, trademark, service mark and other proprietary notices contained in the original Havenly Royal Paws Content on any copy You make of the Havenly Royal Paws Content. You may not sell or modify the Content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Havenly Royal Paws Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose.
